Resolution
Code Tester 3.0 is available in 64-bit version and can be used to connect to a database with the Oracle 64-bit Client. The 64-bit client software must be installed on the computer on which the Code Tester client executes.
The Oracle 64-bit Client will appear in the list of available Oracle clients automatically (if it has been installed).
Code Tester 3.0 can be downloaded through this link. Please note that Code Tester is part of the Toad for Oracle 12.10 - 2016 Suite.
