High memory usage when McAfee Solidcore is installed
Description
Machines with McAfee Solidcore and the CA Agent installed, may experience increasingly high memory usage (memory leak). Disabling the CA Agent causes the memory usage to not spike and increase. Looking at Task Manager, neither LSASS nor the NPSRVHost.exe process shows high memory usage.
Cause
Memory leak in the McAfee Solidcore product
Resolution
This is not an issue with the Change Auditor agent. The issue is due to the McAfee Solidcore product. The CA Agent running simple exposes the issue.
Review the Paged memory pool for allocation tags that match the McAfee Solidcore memory leak issue.
