Description
Repro Steps:
1. Install SSMS 18, version: 18.12.1
2. Install ApexSQL Source Control, version: 2022.01.2138
3. Install RedGate SQL Prompt
4. Open SSMS 18
5. Link database to the Source Control -> everything works just fine
6. Try to open a new query window -> application crashes/restarts
