This article explains how to reduce the size of a CHM document.

Description
To reduce the size of documentation in.CHM format, uncheck the following options in the Database options tab under Data sources and objects panel:

1. System objects
2. Data definition language (DDL) script
3. Transact-SQL syntax highlighting
4. Documentation of procedure/function result sets
5. Dependency (parents/children) lists/tables
6. Explicitly parse database for improved dependency accuracy
7. Graphical dependencies
8. Data model diagrams

Note: Disabling some of these options affects documentation quality.
