How to schedule Active Directory backups on a weekly basis. -
Resolution
As of version 8.1, it is now possible to schedule the backup to run on a weekly basis on a day and at a time of your choosing.
- Open the Active Administrator console.
- Select Configuration | Recovery Settings
- Select the "Run backup" drop-down list and choose "Weekly".
- Select the day of the week.
- Select the time.
- Click "Save".
Note: Recovery Settings options can also be selected when running the Configuration Wizard. Select Start | AA ConfigurationWizard to open the wizard.
