When using PCL6 or PS printer drivers with vWorkapce Universal Printer Driver you may encounter problematic behaviour. Some of the errors encountered may include:
Universal Printers not being created
print jobs will not complete
print service errors when the 'apply additional printer properties' option is enabled
At this time vWorkspace does not support the use of PCL6 or PS drivers when used in combination with Universal Printers
Download PCL6 universal printer driver from manufacturer Web Site and use it instead the driver for the specific printer model. If this does not help the workaround is to use PCL5 printer driver.
