Modifying mail users

Open the Exchange Security module.

Select Tools | Properties.

Deleting mail users

Open the Exchange Security module.

Select a mail user, and select Tools | Delete. Alternatively, right-click a mail user, and choose Delete.

Managing mailboxes

Creating mailboxes

Open the Exchange Security module.

Select a mailbox group, and select Tools | New. Alternatively, right-click a mailbox group, and choose New.
NOTE: If you select Mailboxes (All), the new mailbox is placed automatically in the correct alphabetical mailbox category.

Click Next. If you selected Existing user, skip ahead to step 6.

Click Finish.
