Approvals Menu

CSR Status Transfer Approvals

Opens the Status Transfer Approvals window which shows any CSR status transfer in a workflow that requires your approval or the approval of other users

Migration Approvals

Opens the Migration Approvals window which shows any migrations that require your approval or the approval of other users

User Options Menu

The User Options menu gives access to security functions, such as User Maintenance, Administer Passwords, and Change My Password.

Maintenance

Opens the User Maintenance table where you can define new users and edit the profile of existing ones

PeopleSoft Options

Opens the PeopleSoft Options window where you can configure your connection to PeopleSoft® databases

User Options

Opens the Stat User Options window where you can configure certain version control and change management parameters in your installation of Stat

Passwords |
Change My Password

Opens the Change Password window where you can create a new Quest® Stat® login password. This option is only available if you are non-LDAP enabled.

Passwords |
Administer Passwords

This option is available if you have the user class rights to reset the passwords of other users. Displays a list of all the non-LDAP enabled active users in Stat. Select the users you want to reset the passwords for and click Reset.

Pre/Post Migration User Parms

Opens the Pre/Post Migration User Parameters window where you can specify user-specific parameters to be used in the definition of pre and post migration custom command steps.

Window Menu

The Window menu provides access to standard window functions, such as minimize, restore, and arrange.

Cascade

Arranges all the currently open windows in a cascading manner

Layer

Layers the currently open windows on top of each other

1,2,3...

Lists all the currently open windows. Double-click on a window to open it.

Help Menu

The Help menu provides access to the Stat About box, the online help and information regarding the Java® files for the Quest® Stat® database and client.

About Stat...

Displays the version number of the Stat program, copyright and licensing information, URL of Stat Web (if installed), and support information

Online Books |

Opens the PDF versions of the Stat manuals, including User Guide, System Administration Guide, and the Web User Guide.

Java Info

Displays Java information regarding the Stat database and client, including version numbers and class paths
