The Foglight for Storage Management 4.9.0 release package contains the following:

Installation instructions

Foglight for Storage Management 4.9.0 comes pre-installed and enabled on Foglight Evolve 9.3 or Foglight for Virtualization, Enterprise Edition 8.9.3.


To install Foglight for Storage Management on Foglight, you must install and enable the following cartridge files. The sequence of cartridge installation is important because of their dependencies:

  • Storage-4_9_0.car
  • StorageAgentSDK-1_0_4.car
  • PythonAgentSDK-1_0_4.car
  • ManagedTopologyService-1_0_3.car
  • SanHost-4_5_0.car (included in Storage-4_9_0.car)
  • SMISStorageAgent-1_6_0.car

To install cartridge files, use the Administration > Cartridges > Cartridge Inventory dashboard. For full installation instructions, refer to the topic "Installing Foglight cartridges" in the Foglight Administration and Configuration Help.
