Administrator can now open help from every part of the application and it will be open on the exact page where it was requested

ArchiveWeb: New option to add tags

You can now click the + icon next to the Tags property to add tags to an item in the item preview of the Archive > Files tab, Report > Auditing tab, or the search results of archived items.
