Quest® On Demand Migration

Quest® On Demand Migration is a Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration service that allows you to simply and securely migrate Microsoft 365 information from Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams. It is a part of the Quest® On Demand cloud-based platform solution.
These release notes provide information about the latest Quest® On Demand Migration release.
Deprecated Features
The following features have been deprecated in On Demand Migration.
Account migration
| Resource processing will available to new users only upon request. Existing users who have used this feature in the last 3 months can continue to use it. Documentation about this feature is available as a KB article and not in the User Guide. Call Quest Technical Support to activate Resource Processing. |

Enhancements
The following is a list of enhancements implemented in On Demand Migration.
General migration
| The On Demand Migration projects view has been enhanced with a new tile format and list view options to provide easier navigation. |

| Click the dropdown in the list selector column of any list to use the new list capabilities like Select All, Select All on Page and Reset Selection. |

| The option Item level permissions are not processed has been added to the Processing Options step of the New Account Resource Processing Task wizard. You can select this option to use inherited permissions for list items etc. Resource processing works faster when this option is selected |

| The Use additional Team Chats licenses for faster archiving option in the Migration Actions step of the New Chats Migration Task wizard has been reinstated. |
