Requisitos del sistema

La versión mínima requerida para instalar la versión 9.0 es la versión 8.2 más reciente. Si su dispositivo está ejecutando una versión anterior, se debe actualizar a la versión indicada antes de instalar esta versión principal y reiniciar el dispositivo después de que la actualización esté instalada. Para comprobar el número de versión del dispositivo, inicie sesión en la Consola de administrador del dispositivo de implementación de sistemas KACE, abra el panel ¿Necesita ayuda? a la derecha y, a continuación, haga clic en el ícono Acerca del dispositivo.

Antes de actualizar o instalar la versión 9.0, verifique que su sistema cumpla con los requisitos mínimos. Licencia de producto

Si actualmente posee una licencia de producto para el dispositivo de implementación de sistemas KACE, no se requiere una licencia adicional.

NOTA: Las licencias del producto para la versión 9.0, se pueden usar solamente en un dispositivo de implementación de sistemas KACE versión 9.0 o posterior. Las licencias de la versión 9.0 no se pueden utilizar en dispositivos que ejecutan versiones anteriores del dispositivo de implementación de sistemas KACE, como 7.0.

NOTA: Antes de la actualización, compruebe el Informe de información general de estado de SDA y verifique que el estado de mantenimiento actual es válido y no ha expirado. Puede encontrar el informe en Informes de > registro de auditoría.
