Jobs are finishing successfully but during the duration of the job there is no activity for almost an hour at a time.
Hot Add was specifically designed for ESXi. Backup from ESX servers can be done using COS mode (Direct to Target)
When Hot Add is used with ESX environment it might cause slower backup and longer job duration.
Edit job, uncheck "Perform LAN-Free Backup" Re-run the job again.
