When performing a quiecsed backup of an Exchange, Sharepoint, or Active Directory VM with a user snapshot, the backup fails with error 3201 or snapshot hardware configuration mismatch.
解决办法
In order to successfully backup these VMs, please remove the user snapshot.
This is also noted in the vRanger 6.0.2 release notes.
This behavior has been identified and the resolution will be included in a future build of vRanger.
