No "Personal Archive" information is shown for people that have an on-prem mailbox with an online archive in the cloud. You can filter them on location "Office 365" but the information shown is "none".
The information for people that have both the primary mailbox and the archive located either on-prem or in the cloud will show up correctly with all the details.

1. Navigate to Data Engine folder under UCA's installation path on all servers with the Data Engine installed.
2. Edit the UC.Analytics.Insights.DataEngine.DataCollector.dll.config. Search "enableCloudBasedArchiveMailboxCollection" and set it to be "true" as below. Save the file.
