DEFAULT constraint name is not displayed or created
说明
1. Cannot add (create) DEFAULT constraint with the name to any table from the DOEs. 2. Toad doesn't generate the correct script for the named DEFAULT constraint. 3. Toad doesn't show the DEFAULT constraints on the RHS | Constraints tab.
