In Toad 12.1, if the Schema Browser is set to display in Tabbed Multiline, when you choose the option to 'Show LHS/Tab dropdown images' - the tab images / icons show, but if you then close and re-open Toad, the icons / images don't show up, even though the option is still ticked in Toad.
