The green triangle icon, to run ADDM/AWR Report, is grayed out

While in the ADDM/AWR Report window, the green triangle icon, which is used to run the reports, is grayed out. This makes it so the reports cannot be run.
解决办法
WORKAROUND: Fill in the instance, starting snapshot, and ending snapshot fields. Once this is done, the green triangle icon will become enabled.
STATUS: Waiting for fix to defect ID 'ST116670' to be released in a future version of Toad for Oracle.
