User had schema compare options "Ignore permission differences" then proceeded to have the target to match the source. The resulting DDLdid not recreate the permissions on the table causing a production outage.
STATUS
Waiting for a fix with CR 84991on a future release of Toad for DB2.
WORKAROUND:
Review/alter DDL before executing.
