Error when exporting ER Diagram to an Image: There is not enough resources to complete this command. (4257959)

File menu | Export | Image. When exporting an Entity Relationship (ER) Diagram Model to an Image file, the following error appears:

"There is not enough resources to complete this command."

Product defect when exporting a  very large  ER Diagram / Model.

As an image file becomes larger, the more chances an out of memory error is received.

WORKAROUND 1:
Try the other image formats (i.e. BMP, JPEG or PNG graphic file format).

WORKAROUND 2:
Lower the 'Scale' value under the 'Settings' tab (i.e. from 100 to 80).

WORKAROUND 3:
Lower the Compression value under JPEG tab (i.e. from 50 to 25).

WORKAROUND 4:
Choose a lower 'Pixel Format'.

WORKAROUND 5:
Close other programs / applications running on the client PC before exporting.

WORKAROUND 6:
Perform a full reboot or restart of your computer, and perform the Export before you start launching other programs.

WORKAROUND 7:
Check-mark the 'Pages' box in the 'Settings' tab, so the ER Diagram is broken up to multiple pages rather than just one big page. This will create one image file per page.

If you would like to choose a different page size or customize the page size, go to the File menu | Page Setup | 'Page:' drop-down box.

From there you can select other page formats OR you can select 'Custom'.  Try to enter a size that will break up your ER Diagram in 2 or more pages. The more the pages, the less chances of getting an out of memory error.

NOTE: Older versions i.e. TDM 5.3 will be in millimeters (mm). TDM 5.5 is in inches.
