Quest® On Demand Migration

Quest® On Demand Migration is a Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration service that allows you to simply and securely migrate Microsoft 365 information from Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams. It is a part of the Quest® On Demand cloud-based platform solution.
These release notes provide information about the latest Quest® On Demand Migration release.
Deprecated Features
The following features have been deprecated in On Demand Migration.
Teams and Groups migration
The following options have been deprecated from the Discovery Options step of the New Teams Discovery Task wizard.
- Collect Plan and Task statistics for Teams
- Collect Message statistics for Teams

Enhancements
The following is a list of enhancements implemented in On Demand Migration.
Account migration
| You can choose to migrate multi-geo settings or specify a Preferred Data Location (PDL) for migrated accounts in the target tenant from the Custom Target Domain step of the New Account Migration Task wizard. |

Mail migration
| Team meeting are canceled and then re-created in the target tenant during migration. You can customize the cancellation email that is sent to recipients from the Custom Email Message step of the New Meeting Link Migration Task wizard. |

Teams and Groups migration
| You can collect statistics about the source teams with the Collect Statistics action in the teams workspace. When teams are provisioned, you can collect statistics of teams in the target tenant as well. |
