Stat_Agent.log has java error each minute Unable to get msg body using system charset Cp1252

In the stat_agent.log there is an error that occurs every minute. Looks like it has to do with reading email. The error is:
ERROR [QuartzWorkerThread-12] (InBoxBean.java:883) - Unable to get msg body using system charset Cp1252: java.io.UnsupportedEncodingException: _iso-2022-jp$ESC.
原因

This kind of message means that the e-mails are coming in not supported encoding.
解决办法

Logged in to the email accounts that Stat logs in to and check the old emails then delete them.
