Stat will not generate fmx file if migrating custom form object type.
RESOLUTION:
Use the object type called form file and select the proper custom product top. Stat should migrate fmb and generate the fmx file.
or
Setup the generate command to compile form file after the migration if you want to create a new object type for custom form.
