Newly Installed Stat Extended Object: ZX Tax Regimes errors during migration

Migration of ZX Tax regime object is failing with error ORA-00001: unqiue constraint (ZX.ZX_SUBSCRIPTION_DETAILS_U1) violated ebtregime_qsft.lct - Insert Error...Tax Regime Code/Subscription Option/Detail ID Combination:US-ST-VERTEX/110089/173820-1-User-Defined Exception. The error is preventing us from migrating over 2700 other ZX objects.
解决办法

SOLUTION:
1. Adjacent Solution - Blake Butler provided a new ebtregime_qsft.lct file. Replaced with the new attached - ebtregime_qsft.lct file in directory is $ZX_TOP/patch/115/import. They will not see an Oracle Agent restart or new Archive Set for this change
