Create a new Alarm Action to suppress Index Fragmentation alarms:
1. Open Configure | Alarm Actions
2. Hit New and provide a name
3. Check ‘The alarm is’ checkbox. Inside last(third) box, click on ‘alarms’ and drill down to SQL Server | Index Fragmentation and select it
4. Check ‘The connection is’ checkbox. Inside last box, click on connection name and select instance name
5. Check 'The details contains’ checkbox and click on ‘following phrases’. Click Add and enter a database name and hit OK twice
6. From second box (actions list) checkbox ‘Suppress the alarm’ checkbox and hit OK
