New config activated and import is not spawning on target.
说明

New config activated,
No import and post spawned on target,

Export is failing with error :
11/02/06 10:10 Process launched: sp_xport (to disturbed1 queue tsisprod) [pid = 12766]
11/02/06 10:10 Connected to host disturbed1
11/02/06 10:10 Cannot connect to import on disturbed1
11/02/06 10:10 Process exited sp_xport (to disturbed1 queue tsisprod) [pid = 12766] - exit(1)

socket_test failed using the port.
原因

Import is not spawning on target
Some one did stop import on target.
As the import is in stoped mode , even it is not spawned yet.
解决办法

On target:
sp_ctrl>start import

On source:
Bounce the export

See if they are communicating now .
