Rapid Recovery 6.3 Core can not contact the license portal "Unable to contact the licensing server" -
说明
Rapid Recovery Core version 6.3 is not able to contact the licensing server (portal). -
解决办法
In order to get the Core to communicate to the licensing server you would disable the QorePortal plugin. To do this you would perform the following:
- Launch the Core GUI
- Navigate to Settings > QorePortal > Enable connection to QorePortal
- Change this setting to: No
- Confirm and save
- Click 'Contact Now' from Settings > Licensing > License Server
