Cannot migrate the rule 'Outlook Rules Name': The request failed. The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized. (4350449)

During the migration of outlook rules, getting the following error:

Error 1: Description: Cannot migrate the rule 'Outlook Rules Name': The request failed. The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized. ; Location: ; Additional Information: RuleName: 'Outlook Rules Name'.

Ensure that the ODM service account used able to successfully resolve both the source and target autodiscover for the user mailbox.

In hybrid environments where Autodiscover is pointing on-premise, the cloud-only credentials being used by ODM may not be able to authenticate with the on-premise Exchange server Autodiscover service. An Enhancement Request, ODMEM-I-76, has been logged to investigate improving this behavior in a future version of ODM.
