How to do this will be different if the client is in a group and the group has been added to the policy or if the client is not in a group and the clients have been added one at a time.
Option 1 below deals with client added to policy not in group.
Option 2 deals with client added to policy in group

1. open policy management locate policy that the scheduled job belongs too.
Right click the policy, select implament on clients.
On the left side we have the clients that the policy is scheduled to run on.
Select the clients you no longer wish the policy to run on, the select the > to move the clients to the available side and select ok.
2. open client management, select group tab, select and open the group the client is in
Right click the client and remove from group. This should remove the client from the schedule.
To verify check the policy no longer has this client assigned right click the policy, select implament on clients and we should no longer see the client there.
For both these solutions check the scheduled jobs of the policy and there should no longer be this policy job scheduled on the clients removed.
