What will happen if a synchronized source user is removed from the source, and a new user is crea (4233798)

User was successfully synchronized by the Directory Synchronization Agent and after mail synchronization was complete the user was switched.   The target account is now being used with the target mailbox.   Due to an administrative relocation process within the source organization, a new AD user account was created in the source domain.   The original source mailbox was reconnected to the newly created source account.   The QMM DSA detected this change and re associated the target mailbox to the new source AD user object, however; QMM treated this as a new matching and reversed the mail switch and mail forwarding direction.
