If the SharePoint environment experiencing the issue runs on Citrix, please try the following steps to resolve the issue.
Verify that the Citrix WISP plugin is installed correctly. If the plugin is installed correctly, open the management web UI for WISP. Click the "Content Redirection" tab. Remove all file types from the file extension list.
