Install will not continue past the IIS Prerequisites screen.

When installing MessageStats the setup is stuck on the IIS Prerequisites screen even though all IIS Prerequisites are installed
解决办法

Re-Install IIS
In Server Manager | Manage |Remove Roles and Features Wizard
Remove the Webserver role.
Re-boot the server
In Server Manager | Manage |Add Roles and Features Wizard
Add the Web Server role and required role services back.
Try running the MessageStats install again.
