When trying to open the MessageStats Report console the only text that is displayed is "Service Unavailable"
This Can be caused if the server hosting the MessageStats Reports, Also has SQL Server 2008 R2 reporting services installed. Microsoft has decided to remove SSRS's dependance on iis, and are packaging it with an internal web server to host their reporting website. This may cause conflicts with websites running on IIS.
WorkAround 1:
Uninstall SQL Server Reporting Services from the MessageStats server.
WorkAround 2:
Install The MessageStats reporting components on another server that is not hosting SSRS as well.
