Known issues for Quest Service File Viewer Utility 8.9 Released on December 9 2011.
原因
There are some known issues that will be resolved in the next product release.
解决办法
1. Utility cannot restore multiple files from archive. This is considered limitation and will be fixed in the next release. 2. If path to the restored location is missing, you may experience "Could not find a part of the path." error message. CR81051 is created to fix this in the later versions. 3. When restoring PUB files from the archive, the files are restored with the extension .PRV and as a result ignored by PF Target Agent. Please rename them manually. This will be fixed in the next version.
