When accessing the Web Reports they show a loading progress bar and a blank white page . In the reports list on the left hand side you see some reports but they are not displaying correctly.
Not all of the IIS role service are installed.
1. Open Start Menu | Administrative Tools | Server Manager
2. Select Roles in the left hand pane of the console
3. In the right hand pane scroll down to "Web Server (IIS)" and under Role Services select Add Role Services.
4. Add the following role services: Static Content, Default Document, ASP.NET, ASP, Server Side Includes, Windows Authentication.
