Can Alarm Actions "connection is" conditions include the database level?

Current Alarm Action have a "connection is" condition but that only goes into the server level. Is it possible to go into the database level?
Even using the "details contain" condition doesn't help because the generated alarm message don't include the database name in the alarm messages either - only server name.
