CPU % (Windows and SQL Server) under Diagnose CPU doesn’t add up to the CPU % in the Spotlight Home.

Windows CPU and SQL Server CPU are two separate calculations. Windows CPU usage value comes from windows WMI class Win32_PerfRawData_PerfOS_Processor. It is a moving average of the last 5 samples of the percentage usage of all processors. SQL Server CPU present comes from SQL Server DMV sys.dm_os_threads. It is a rate value between last and current SQLCPU.UsageTime. It is based on data taken from SQL Server.
