OCS/Lync Server VOIP Call Details Error: "Error running stored procedure SQL Server blocked acces (4276038)

When running a OCS/Lync Server VOIP Call Details gathering you recieve the following error:

Error running stored procedure SQL Server blocked access to procedure 'sys.sp_OACreate' of component 'Ole Automation Procedures' because this component is turned off as part of the security configuration for this server. A system administrator can enable the use of 'Ole Automation Procedures' by using sp_configure. For more information about enabling 'Ole Automation Procedures', see "Surface Area Configuration" in SQL Server Books Online.

Ole Automation Procedures has been disabled on the SQL Server housing the MessageStats Database. This feature is turned off by default but turned on by the OCS/Lync database creation script. Should this feature become disabled you will recieve the above error.

For SQL Server 2005.

1. Open the Surface Area Configuration utility and click Surface Area Configuration for Features.
2. Expand Database Engine and click OLE Automation in the left hand pane, then ensure the "Enable OLE Automation check box is checked.

For SQL Server 2008

1. Open SQL Server Management Studio and right click on the instance name and click Facets.
2. Using the Facet drop down list select Surface Area Configuration.
3. Set "OleIntegrationEnabled" to True
