"ERROR - no error information available" when trying to connect

On a new installation of Toad for DB2 LUW 5.6, the following error appears when trying to connect:
"ERROR - no error information available"
Catalog was made manually. However, connection is successful through Command Line Processor interface (CLP).
原因
Two DB2 clients were installed on the same machine. An individual IBM DB2 Client and Toad's Default DB2 Client, both clients were having a conflict between each other.
解决办法
Remove Toad for DB2 5.6, with its DB2 Client, which will leave only one DB2 client on the machine.
Upgrade to Toad for DB2 6.1, which does not install a DB2 client.
