Subscriptions are failing. Reports are not sent. The following error is logged in the Windows Application Event log:
Some reports failed.
The following errors occurred:
Error 0x80041c31. Delivery failed. Error="Error code 0x8004020f returned from send command"
1 reports were not delivered./nError 0x8004020f. Send failed.
Additionally the subscription may fail with the following message:
"A problem occurred while delivering the subscription. Please check the event log for details."
原因
This is due to incorrect configuration of the subscription settings
解决办法
In the web reports console perform the folowing:
1. Go to Subscriptions menu | Configure subscriptions
2. Ensure that the values entered in the two fields: SMTP Server and SMTP From address are valid
3. In the properties of the subscription itself check that the addresses entered are valid and that they can receive email.
4. Ensure that the SMTP server is properly configured to relay email from the address found in step 2 (SMTP From Address field) to the addresses entered in the subscription itself
