The Foglight server start up has completed successfully however the login page does not open

The Foglight server that is installed on a ISA server has started up successfully. However when trying to open the login page, the following error is displayed:
"Page cannot be displayed"
"10060 - Connection timeout" "Internet Security and Acceleration Server"
"The gateway could not receive a timely response from the Web site you are trying to access. This might indicate that the network is congested, or that the Website is experiencing technical difficulties".
原因
"10060 - Connection timeout" is a Winsock error that means "no response from the destination on the specificied IP/protocol/port".
解决办法
Follow this instruction to fix the issue:
Check the proxy server settings on the Internet browser used to connect to the Foglight server.
