The OCS/Lync Default Gathering does not run all of the required tasks
说明
After configuring and running the OCS/Lync Default gathering for the first time only a couple of the required tasks run and the reports do not contain any data.
原因
Some of the OCS/Lync dll files did not get registered properly during installation of the Report Pack
解决办法
Close the MessageStats Console
Stop the Quest MessageStats Scheduler Service
Navigate to the MessageStats installation directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest Software\MessageStats)
Backup the gsc.xml file and then delete it from the directory
Open an elevated command prompt and navigate to the OCS directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest Software\MessageStats\Report Packs\OCS)
Register each dll file found in the directory by running the command regsvr32 <nameOfdllFile> Note: You may get the following error for some of the dll files: "The module <nameOfdllFile> was loaded but the entry-point DllRegisterServer was not found. Make sure that <nameOfdllFile> is a valid DLL or OCX file and then try again" This can be ignored. Continue to run regsvr32 against all of the dll files
