Checking in a file with Tortoise SVN causes the file to be Read-Only in the Toad Editor
说明

Using Tortoise SVN and opening a file from the SVN repository in Toad, after making changes and then checking in, the file in the Toad's Editor becomes Read-Only and no other changes can be made.
原因

Limitation with Tortoise SVN.
解决办法

WORKAROUND:
In the Toad Output Window, after checking in the file it states, "Info: Automatic Reload Editor not supported for VCS Provider: Tortoise SVN. To Refresh, reopen the file in the Editor." Close the file and re-open it and it no longer be a Read-Only file.
