Toad format script is ignoring margins set on the editor display.

Right-clicking in the Editor and going to "Formatter | List Arrangement | List Defaults", and choosing "Wrapped" in Toad For Oracle 12.9 is not working. In Toad For Oracle 12.8 it works.

STATUS: Issue fixed in version 14.1. The latest version of Toad for Oracle can be downloaded here.
