Using the Web Browser object can the "Set default browser to" option be configured for a Windows 10 machine?

This setting is only supported up to Windows 7/2008.
All the operating systems after Windows 7/2008 do not allow any application to configure the default browser setting. Therefore this setting does not apply to Windows 8/8.1, Windows 2012/2012R2, Windows 10, etc...
