In this What's New in 9.1 video, we will cover the new ability to include HTML in Service Desk Tickets.
The new editor can be seen in the Summary, Comment, and Resolution fields. The HTML editor provides a full range of rich editing options, including the ability to markup text, add images and links, attach files, or embed videos.
Also new is the retention of the formatting in marked-up Knowledge Base Articles that is inserted into the Comment field.
Finally, HTML support was added for both incoming and outgoing ticket-related emails.
