A Synchronization schedule for a Remote Site Appliance (RSA) can't be saved

When trying to synchronize a RSA with the main appliance on the Deployment > Remote Sites option, the sync schedule selected will not be kept. You can perform a manual sync and the same will work properly.

This is a documented bug on version 7.1.

解决办法
Once you have upgraded both the SDA and your RSAs to version 7.2, the issue should be fixed
