This can be caused by multiple users trying to link a GPO simultaneously. -
解决办法
WORKAROUND
Make sure multiple users are not performing the same action at the same time, such as linking a GPO simultaneously.
STATUS
Waiting for fix in a future release of GPOAdmin. .
