Some of our Exchange rules are not firing. On investigation they seem to be scoped to objects whose names end with "instance" but these topology objects do not exist.
The rules affected are:

EXC ADAccess DC Long Running LDAP Operations Rule

EXC Edge Transport Log Generation Checkpoint Depth Rule
EXC Edge Transport Log Threads Waiting Rule
EXC Hub Transport Log Generation Checkpoint Depth Rule
EXC Hub Transport Retry Mailbox Delivery Queue Length Rule
Scoping on rules is incorrect. Product defect EXC-252
WORKAROUND
For some of the rule simple removing "instance" from removing the name of the scoped object will resolve this.
STATUS
Waiting for fix in a future release of the Foglight Exchange cartridge.
