During daylight saving timezone change, if the server where FMS(Foglight Management Server) is running skips or jumps 1 hour ahead. So it goes from 12 AM to 1 AM. Then that day will only have 23 hours of data collection.
This behavior can be observed from FMS logs in sequential order:
